- THE ROLE -

The Resource Lists and Compliance Officer leads the operational management and development of the University’s Online Resource Lists service, ensuring it is efficient, pedagogically effective, and integrated across library and digital learning systems.
Reporting to the Learning Spaces Manager, the post holder line-manages resource list staff and acts as the University’s specialist adviser on copyright for learning and teaching, ensuring compliance across digital platforms.
The role works collaboratively across Digital and Information Services to enhance discoverability, analyse usage data, and promote best practice in reading list design and accessibility.
