-THE ROLE -
The post holder will be a member of the international team and will be responsible for ensuring effective and timely service in the recruitment and admission of international and agent-led home applicants, in compliance with policies of the University, UK Visas and Immigration, Student Loans Company, Student Finance Wales and other relevant regulatory bodies.
Regularly working with a range of UWTSD colleagues including those in Student Engagement, academic and Registry teams to ensure smooth implementation of the admissions processes across Wales campuses (and on occasion may be expected to assist with other campuses during peak periods), as well as liaising with external agencies as required. The role will focus on supporting applicants in their journey from recruitment to enrolment as part of the International Office Admissions team.
The role requires the post holder to be able to work independently and use initiative with the self-motivation to meet deadlines.
*UWTSD is proud to be an Accredited Living Wage Employer. The Voluntary Living Wage (VLW) rate is £12.60 per hour. We will apply an adjustment to the rate of pay for this role to increase it to £26,707 per annum.
