The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) traces its heritage back to the first university in Wales, receiving its Royal Charter in 1828 and is honoured to have His Majesty King Charles III as Royal Patron.

- THE ROLE –
Responsible for leading on the provision of a professional Culture and Organisational Development service to enable UWTSD to achieve its strategic ambitions underpinned by a values-driven inclusive culture.

- Annual leave entitlement is 35 days’, plus 8 bank holidays and 4 University closure days pro rata
